We are seeking an experienced Autodesk Vault Engineer to lead the planning, execution, and validation of Autodesk Vault upgrades and manage SCCM package deployments.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AutoCAD, Autodesk Vault, SCCM, and Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a proven ability to collaborate across engineering and IT teams to ensure seamless upgrades and deployments.

Key Responsibilities Autodesk Vault Upgrade
  • Lead planning, execution, and validation of Autodesk Vault upgrade.
  • Collaborate with engineering CAD and IT teams to support the Vault upgrade roadmap.
  • Ensure robust data migration, backup, and recovery strategies.
  • Conduct validation after upgrade and document procedures.
  • Train end users as needed and coordinate with Autodesk support for unresolved issues.
SCCM Package Deployment
  • Validate SCCM packages and ensure successful deployments.
  • Investigate and resolve installation failures post-deployment.
  • Monitor deployment success rates and troubleshoot issues.
  • Track and resolve user-reported bugs or regressions introduced during upgrades.
  • Support rollback or contingency plans for critical issues.
  • Manage Vault user roles, permissions, and access controls.
  • Support CAD teams with Vault-related workflows.
  • Perform manual SCCM installations or updates for certain applications.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience with Autodesk Vault.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Experience with SCCM and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Ability to lead upgrade projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
