Talent Acquisition Specialist - Telecommunications, IT & Emerging Technologies in Telecom and IT Role Summary

• Execute product, feature, system, and performance validation for LTE & 5G RAN products
• Focus on air interface, E2E performance, and call processing
• Perform test execution in customer labs, create reports, and present results to customers
• Translate product/feature requirements into system test cases and execute validations
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to 4G/5G wireless protocols
• Support evaluation of new products and software releases
• Educate customers on RAN products and services
• Ensure customer commitments and project milestones are met

• Bachelor’s degree in EE or CS (required);
  Master’s preferred
• 8–10 years of relevant experience (6+ years with Master’s)
• Strong understanding of 4G/5G concepts: DL/UL scheduling, power control, beamforming, MIMO, ENDC
• Deep knowledge of 4G/5G air interface, call processing, and RAN architecture
• Strong understanding of PHY, MAC, RLC, RRC, PDCP layers
• Experience with system testing: feature validation, test documentation, performance analysis, troubleshooting
• Experience with 3
  
  GPP standards and ongoing releases
• Lab and IOT testing experience preferred (eMTC, NB-IOT, S1/X2 interfaces)
• Experience with EMS systems, NE management, SW upgrades, and MOP verification
• Familiarity with HW and SW architecture; SW development experience is a plus
• Hands‑on experience with test tools: XCAL/QXDM, Wireshark, protocol analyzers, spectrum analyzers, channel emulators, signal generators
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
