In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing the planning, design, and delivery of complex water and wastewater projects.
• Leading multiple project teams from concept to completion, ensuring technical excellence and on-time delivery.
• Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with clients, engineering partners, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborating with internal teams to set project strategy, manage resources, and optimize workflows.
• Representing the team in strategic business decisions and growth planning.
• Mentoring and supporting staff, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in water/wastewater projects.
• Proven success leading multiple, simultaneous project teams.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and internal teams.
