Project Engineer Manufacturing

Job Description

Our Project Engineer’s responsibilities include, but not limited to :

• Provide engineering support the re‑manufacturing of 250+ engines / day
• Interact with customer engineering to develop processes and specifications
• Integrate new products into our current manufacturing processes
• Create, review, and manage plant job instructions
• Develop assembly tooling and machining equipment

• An interest in automotive and manufacturing engineering
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, or Mechanical Engineering
• Sound knowledge of MS Office and working knowledge of CAD design programs such as Solid Works
• Knowledge of machining
• Knowledge of lean and just‑in‑time manufacturing
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to problem solve in an organized strategic manner
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and learn quickly
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A self‑driven personality
• A solid work ethic
