What will be expected of our new graduates?

As a new graduate at ENERCON, you will be expected to actively engage in various tasks and responsibilities crucial to the success of our projects. You will be tasked with learning and applying codes and standards for designing projects, being organized and efficient, having a positive attitude toward learning and feedback, collaborating with senior engineers for field data collection, and adapting to new software systems.

It's important to ask questions, use available resources, and connect classroom knowledge with practical industry work. Meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously are critical aspects of your role.

  • Graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET‑accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors.
  • Available to start between May 2026 and August 2026.
  • Graduating May‑June 2026 preferred.

    Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, Materials Science, and Statics.
  • A solid working foundation with your major’s core concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively problem solve.
  • Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
