As a Junior RF Engineer, you will assist in the design, optimization, and performance analysis of wireless networks. You will work closely with senior engineers to ensure network quality, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing deployments. This position offers hands-on experience in RF planning and optimization, providing an excellent opportunity for growth in the telecom industry.
Key Responsibilities- Support RF design and optimization activities for wireless networks
- Perform drive tests and analyze network performance data
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving RF-related issues
- Prepare reports and documentation for network performance and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
- Basic understanding of RF principles and wireless technologies (LTE/5G preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and RF planning tools (basic level)
- Must have valid work authorization for the USA
- Familiarity with drive test tools (e.g., TEMS, Nemo)
- Knowledge of RF optimization techniques
- Exposure to network planning tools (e.g., Atoll)
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Internship or project experience in RF engineering
