WasteWater Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global’s client seeks a dedicated Wastewater Engineer to join the Public Works Department. This role involves managing water and sewer infrastructure through construction, operations, maintenance, and monitoring. Under the supervision of the Engineering Division Manager, the Engineer (PE) reviews development and capital projects, designs public works systems, resolves engineering issues, and ensures compliance with city standards. The position requires coordinating with consultants and city staff while overseeing all phases of assigned projects.

• TCEQ License
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 4+ yrs experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent Communication both verbally and written - Experience from American Water Works Association (AWWA) or Water Environment Federation (WEF)
