- 3+years'experienceinapplicationmigrationstocloudusingnativepatterns
Responsibleformaintainingthestabilityandsupportabilityofcloudsolutions.
ResponsibilitiesUAT,ORTtestinganddrivingoperationalrequirements.
Outputsinclude Test Plans ,Test Cases,Test Execution,Production Verification,Developerand Administrative Portals .
Interfacewithdevelopmentteams,vendors,product,salesandcustomers.
Engineeroperationalrequirements,testcases,technicaldocumentationprovideoperationalsupport.
Ensurestandardprocessesexistforsystemsinstallation,configuration,patching,andupgrading.
Research,troubleshoot,resolvesystemissues/outages.
Platformsupport(monitoringcapabilities,performance tuning,capacityplanning,andmaintainingoverallserviceandplatformhealth).
Service Incident Reporting (SIR),developanddeliver
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tomanagementandtothecustomer.
