RF Engineer IV/Lead SME

Overview Tele World Solutions is seeking an RF Engineer IV/Lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Team! The RF Engineer IV / Lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) serves as the highest-level technical authority for RF engineering within assigned markets or programs. This role is responsible for end-to-end RF design, optimization strategy, performance validation, and technical governance across complex 4G LTE and 5G .

The Lead SME drives standards, mentors senior engineers, and partners with executive stakeholders to ensure network excellence, launch readiness, and KPI success.

Who We Are:

The Architects of What Connects Us You find the signal in the noise of data. We build the signal itself. We are Tele World Solutions , and we are the strategic backbone for the world's most ambitious wireless networks. We're not just consultants; we're the engineers, designers, and problem-solvers that operators, OEMs, and tower giants trust to bring their boldest visions to life.

Our playground is the invisible architecture of connection—from vast macro networks to the hyper-precise world of DAS, Small Cells, and Wi-Fi. With a legacy of hundreds of thousands of successful implementations , we help our clients navigate the entire lifecycle of their network: from the first line of a design to the final optimization, and every critical decision about performance and value in between.

Why does this matter to you? The complex data you will master—the CDRs, network KPIs, and customer signals—flows from the very infrastructure we design and optimize. You won't just be analyzing abstract numbers; you'll be interpreting the digital heartbeat of networks that we helped bring to life. Your insights will directly influence the next generation of those networks. Here, your work as a data storyteller is powered by deep, tangible engineering excellence.

You provide the "what" and "why." We provide the "how" on a global scale. Welcome to the engine room of connection. Let's build what's next Responsibilities Provide support to multi-functional team of R&D, Program Management, Core Networking, RF Engineering, Transport and Technical/Training Support to fulfill multi-technology wireless network deployment across customer markets. Understand correlation between performance issues, performance metrics, RF parameters and layer 3 messaging.

Design and implementation of eFEMTO, PICO hardware in support of Special Events or in-building coverage solutions. Responsible for link budgets analysis, system dimensioning for coverage and capacity including traffic analysis, frequency planning, interference analysis and optimization. Complete optimization techniques for optimal site/cluster performance (antenna selection, tilts, neighbor list, etc).

Proficient in neighbor list, parameters, tools and audit process. Knowledge of commands, run scripts, macros, RF tools, Mapinfo Optimize site/cluster perform acne and resolve trouble tickets through reports, tools, scanner and drive test anlayisis. Complete propagation (Planet, Tornado, Wizard, Odyssey, dB Planner, etc.) for model calibration, drive test data post-processing, map generation, frequency planning and interference matrix analysis, site database maintenance, etc.

Work with the Implementation and Operations Teams on the cell site’s antenna and RF equipment configuration and database parameters. Manage personal workload, projects, and deliverables, to meet aggressive project timelines. Train other engineers and team members. Provide direction and schedule activities to RF contractors and drive teams. Provide RF ATP, Cluster Acceptance forecast and revenue projections.…
