Responsibilities
- Review, abstract and process commercial leases (US-based) and related documents
- Perform data entry, validation, and management of lease documents
- Process change requests
- Track and resolve mid-level issues and elevate high-level issues
- Verify lease compliance, mathematical accuracy, and industry alignment of expenses
- Identify potential compliance issues to present to client or supervisor
- Participate in special projects
- Suggest systems, procedures, and/or processes that would enhance productivity and quality of the department
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of experience in Lucernex
- 5+ years of experience in functional knowledge of US Lease management
- 8+ years of experience in client relationship management
