Finance and Insurance Manager

Position Overview

The F&I Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the dealership's finance and insurance operations. This role ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations, maximizes profitability through effective sales of finance products, and delivers an exceptional customer experience during the vehicle purchase process.

Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers in a transparent and ethical manner.

Secure financing for customers through dealership‑approved lenders and maintain strong lender relationships.

Prepare and review all contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

Protect dealership assets by adhering to all regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Maintain high customer satisfaction by explaining finance options clearly and answering questions promptly.

Monitor and achieve monthly F&I sales targets and profitability goals.

Train and support sales staff on F&I processes and compliance standards.

Stay current on industry trends, lender programs, and compliance regulations.

Compensation for this position: $70,000-$80,000 base salary with performance bonus

Proven experience as an F&I Manager or similar role in automotive retail.

Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products, lending practices, and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet performance goals.

Proficiency in dealership management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Minimum 2 years of automotive finance experience.
