LHH is working with a manufacturing company that has multiple U.S.

-based manufacturing facilities around the country. This company is seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst for their finance team. This role will play a key part in driving strategic decision-making by supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across the organization. The ideal candidate will have One Stream experience.

• Utilize One Stream software to support and enhance data analytics, financial reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.
• Assist in the development of the annual operating plan, periodic forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
• Collaborate with business unit and functional leaders to provide insights and analysis related to sales performance, gross margin, and operating expenses.
• Perform variance analysis comparing actual financial results to budget and prior year figures, and communicate findings to department managers and leadership.
• Build and maintain financial models to streamline and automate analytical tasks.
• Develop narratives that clearly explain business trends, drivers, and financial variances to internal stakeholders and, when needed, external partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• At least 2 years of direct experience using One Stream software.
• Advanced proficiency with One Stream software.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling.
• Solid understanding of P&L statements and free cash flow analysis.
