Originating Branch Manager

Full-time | Mortgage & Financial Services

• Lead your own branch with the freedom to grow and manage your team your way

• Originate mortgage loans from application through closing with exceptional service
• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with realtors, builders, and developers
• Recruit, train, and lead Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) to drive team success
• Oversee loan quality and ensure all originations meet policy guidelines
• Monitor loan statuses and ensure smooth communication with all parties involved

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with strong lending knowledge
• Proven experience with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and private lending guidelines
• Understanding of industry regulations including RESPA and Truth-in‑Lending laws
• Sales-driven self-starter with excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage staff and ensure top-notch loan origination standards
