Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

The Real Estate Investment & Market Intelligence Analyst supports investment, development, and land acquisition decisions through rigorous financial modeling, market research, and strategic analysis. The role partners closely with senior leadership, acquisitions, and operations teams to evaluate new opportunities, monitor competitive dynamics, and drive data‑backed real‑estate strategies across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain detailed real estate financial models for acquisitions, developments, and expansion strategies, including cash flow, IRR, NPV, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Underwrite investment opportunities across multifamily, residential, and commercial assets, including deals.
  • Develop and adjust underwriting assumptions related to sales pace, rent growth, exit cap rates, margins, and operating costs.
  • Perform feasibility studies and risk assessments to support investment committee decisions.
  • Analyze competitive landscapes, pricing, incentives, and absorption trends across multiple submarkets.
  • Track new project launches, competitor activity, and incentives to identify market positioning and differentiation opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights on macro‑ and microeconomic trends impacting real‑estate markets.
  • Support annual and long‑term strategic planning in collaboration with senior leadership.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Land Acquisitions, Development, Operations, and Sales teams to align underwriting assumptions with market realities.
  • Assist executives and division leadership with presentations, investment memos, and portfolio reviews.
  • Support LOI preparation, deal screening, and due diligence processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in real estate investment analysis, development, acquisitions, or market intelligence.
