About the OpportunityPenny Mac is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Closer to support our Closing function across multiple channels. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring loans close accurately, efficiently, and on time. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and customers to deliver a smooth, compliant, and customer‑focused closing experience. WhatYou’ll Do
- Prepare complete and accurate closing documents, including balancing the Initial and Final Closing Disclosure (CD).
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Communicate proactively with borrowers, title/escrow companies, and internal teams.
- Handle routine calls, emails, and chat communications to resolve closing‑related questions.
- Execute daily work queues and, when necessary, elevate issues to ensure timely closings.
- Minimum 3 years of Mortgage Closing experience.
- Strong understanding of investor requirements and regulatory standards.
- A passion for helping customers achieve their financial and home ownership goals.
- Open to Escrow and title experience.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
