Our client is looking for an experienced Risk Specialist to join their Contact Center team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, and brings strong analytical and decision-making skills.
What You’ll Do- Handle 50+ complex inbound inquiries daily
, investigating fraud alerts and financial discrepancies - Analyze transaction data and customer information to identify fraud and risk trends
- De-escalate high-stress merchant situations with empathy and professionalism
- Document investigations in line with internal SOPs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve fraud detection processes
- 2+ years in a call center environment (fraud, risk, payments, banking, fintech)
- Strong customer empathy and phone-based service experience
- Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- High integrity, strong work ethic, and team mindset
- Experience with Salesforce, Lexis Nexis, or fraud platforms is a plus
