Principal Risk Specialist, CRA Strategy & Program Management

* Demonstrated ability to work independently, perform and influence others in a fast-paced environment
* Propensity to identify and assess potential risks in the processes
* Experience assisting in updating team policies and standards
* Programming and data visualization skills are preferred
* Fluency with SQL, databases, spreadsheets and presentations, including pivot tables, basic formulas, and charts
* Bachelor's degree or Military experience
* At least 1 years of Technical Risk Management or Audit experience
* Proficient in Google Products and Microsoft Excel
* At least 2 years of experience in governance, risk management or compliance roles
* At least 2 years of project management experience leading cross functional projects and programs in Risk
* At least 2 years of experience in the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) field
* At least 1 year of experience with CRA Wiz or other CRA analytical products
