Job Description We are seeking a Financial Planning Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong financial acumen to be part of a forward‑thinking organization. The individual will have a key role in the planning, development, and implementation of financial strategies to ensure the company's long‑term financial health. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of financial trends and the ability to prepare financial projections, analyze variances, create bi‑annual business plans, and manage budgeting and forecasting.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with the company's overall business objectivesPrepare accurate and timely financial reports and projections to assist in decision‑makingAnalyze financial data and variances to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvementCreate comprehensive bi‑annual business plans, including financial forecasts and budget proposalsLead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and financial regulationsCollaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data, and provide financial guidance and recommendationsContinually monitor and evaluate the company's financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial healthDevelop and maintain financial models and analyses to support strategic initiativesQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldA minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, financial planning, analysis, or a related rolePublic Accounting experience is a PLUS!!!Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applicationsExceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detailExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholdersStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesHigh level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results‑orientationA bit about us:
