** Job Description*
* The Commercial & Investment Banking Finance & Business Management team is seeking a strategic, analytical, and energetic professional to support the Merchant Services (Payments) business. The team leads financial processes and business operations for the Small & Medium sized business, including investment planning, business cases, budgeting, monthly business reviews, OKRs, financial analysis, and special projects for senior leadership.

* Key Responsibilities:

** Reporting and analytics:
** Create and maintain recurring and ad‑hoc reporting; conduct deep‑dive analyses on key business drivers to surface trends, risks, and opportunities

** Executive materials:
** Develop and deliver polished executive materials that articulate performance, competitive positioning, market opportunities, and progress against goals; rapidly produce mock‑ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards; use Pitch Pro+ for executive‑level presentation development

+  
** Stakeholder engagement:
** Coordinate deliverables with business managers, finance, project managers, and other F&BM teams; provide high responsiveness to executive ad‑hoc requests across project management, presentation development, and business analysis

** Data tooling:
** Leverage Excel to organize and analyze large datasets and produce impactful analysis; distill data into clear, concise conclusions and executive‑ready materials

+  
** Problem solving and delivery:
** Identify issues, involve affected parties, design solutions, obtain buy‑in, and communicate through resolution; manage daily ad‑hoc requests while continuously simplifying and improving business processes with global team members

** Conduct bespoke / ad-hoc analyses
** to diagnose performance, size opportunities, validate hypotheses, and measure impact of initiatives
