As a Vice President in the Wealth Management Partnership Program on the Sales Strategy Support team, you will lead execution, oversight, and continuous improvement of client transfer programs to align with business priorities and client needs. You will provide timely, high-quality communication to field leaders, advisors, and cross-functional stakeholders from intake through finalization.

You will identify emerging risks, elevate issues appropriately, and deliver practical solutions that improve client satisfaction and business outcomes.

Job responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day program execution and governance for client transfers, ensuring consistent application of policy, process, and documentation standards
  • Establish operating cadence with partners and field leaders, including intake routines, prioritization, escalation paths, and program updates
  • Resolve complex transfer cases by coordinating stakeholders, clarifying decision points, and ensuring timely resolution with appropriate controls
  • Own program communications, including policy/process changes, field guidance, and maintenance of program overview materials and contact lists
  • Drive data quality and case tracking, ensuring transfer records are complete, auditable, and aligned to classification and approval requirements
  • Confirm transfer classifications with all relevant partners and communicate final outcomes to advisors and managers
  • Manage revenue-share workflow end-to-end, including review coordination, submission to incentive systems, and partnership with Finance and Controllers to execute economic arrangements across channels
  • Deliver reporting and analytics on transfers and results (e.g., flows, revenue, assets), translating insights into clear updates for managers and executives
  • Identify operational, reputational, and control risks; elevate issues, document remediation actions, and track closure in partnership with key stakeholders
  • Lead process improvement efforts, simplifying steps, reducing cycle time, and strengthening control points based on recurring pain points and root-cause analysis
  • Coach and support junior team members through guidance, review, and knowledge sharing to raise consistency and execution quality
