Toyota’s Marketing‑Incentives Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Incentives Administrator. The primary responsibility of this role is to support and implement Toyota Division’s new vehicle incentive strategy. Reporting to the Incentive Administration Manager, the person in this role will support the Toyota Marketing department’s objective to leverage analytics and provide information to aid decision making and support Toyota Division in developing plans to achieve new vehicle sales and profit objectives.
What you’ll be doing- Manage the iPlus intercompany payment engine for building and launching monthly incentive programs.
- Support with the input of monthly incentives into iPlus, including obtaining approvals, sign‑offs, record retention, and SOX compliance.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows to support the input and validation of critical data.
- Proficient use of Alteryx or similar data workflow tools.
- Improve and develop new incentive dashboards and capabilities, and train & assist associates at HQ and in the field on applying the knowledge to improve decision making.
- Manage the security access for the Incentive Analytics dashboards.
- Perform ad‑hoc analysis to determine the effectiveness of incentives offered.
- Support the resolution of contracts in dispute status through detailed research, coordinating closely with Toyota Financial Services (TFS).
- Support the Offers Administration Tool (OAT) used by the field to submit regionally proposed incentives.
- Build credibility and partnership by providing incentive performance insight, being responsive, solution‑oriented, and working collaboratively with operational groups.
- Prepare regular reporting for incentive spend.
- Partner with Toyota Division operational groups (IAG, DSM, TFS, Incentive Accounting) to access or capture incentive data or resolve issues.
- Deliver value‑added analysis and support executive‑level decision making.
- Prepare incentive reporting and ad‑hoc executive presentations.
- Ensure SOX key controls are documented and performed.
- B.A. or higher in Business/Automotive or related degree and/or equivalent professional work experience.
- Proficient with Alteryx (or similar tool), Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven Kaizen/automation skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Experience at TMS or within the automotive industry.
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards.
