The Boardroom Styling Lounge at Lakeside Market in Plano, TX is looking for professional, talented, energetic, friendly, and ambitious barbers / stylists with an outstanding client service attitude to join our team! Established in 2004, The Boardroom is a leader in the upscale men’s grooming segment, providing a professional, inspired, team-focused work environment.

Base pay range: $56,000.00/yr - $91,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Requirements:

• Valid State of Texas cosmetology or barber license
• Experience with men's cuts (including bald fades) – 1 year preferred
• Superior customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Be a TEAM PLAYER!
