The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including perming, tinting, threading and more. We focus on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes and provide a warm, inviting atmosphere built on love, loyalty, and confidence.

We are looking for a Lash Stylist who ideally has lash experience (but is not required) and enjoys working with people. You should be able to work independently, understand the importance of safe application of eyelash extensions, be highly motivated, friendly and responsible.

• Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after‑care products.
• Understand and promote products and memberships.
• Perform high‑quality, consecutive professional eyelash extension services.
• Generate new clientele through our referral programs.
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment.

• Active Cosmetology, Esthetics, or Eyelash Specialty license in Texas.
• 1+ years as a Lash Stylist (required, preferred).
• 1+ years with hand‑made volume fans (preferred).
• Customer service focused; loves on your clients.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic.
• Initiates self‑learning and is comfortable educating clients on products and services offered.
• Ability to work some weekends and evenings.

Full time and part time positions available for immediate hire. Compensation ranges from $25,000 to $75,000 per year. Hours will include weekends and evenings as required.
