Aesthetician / Laser Technician

Location: Plano, TX

Job Type: Part Time

Compensation: Fully commission-based role, $30 per hour guaranteed rate.

Schedule / Availability: Must be available to work weekends and ideally have availability for one additional weekday. Will work a minimum of 1 day a week, flex up to 3 based on business needs. Must be available to work during clinic operating hours (815a-715p). Must commit to a 60‑day advance schedule.

Ability to commute / cover other clinics: Reliably commute to home clinic and periodically travel to other clinics as needed.

Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions

• Requires repetitive movement and standing for long periods.
• Requires ability to walk short distances, lift/carry inventory, move equipment.
• May need to reach, crouch, kneel, bend, twist, push, pull, and carry up to 35 lbs.
• Frequent talking and listening to clients in person and on phone.
• Requires operation of medical devices for laser and thermo services and office equipment.
• Specific vision: close vision, depth perception, color vision, ability to adjust focus.

About This Exciting Role

The Skin Laundry Aesthetician is responsible for providing innovative laser treatments and exemplary customer care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong selling and consulting skills, a proven track record in a sales and/or KPI‑driven environment, reliability, high attention to detail, and an outgoing confident sales approach. Experience using CRM databases (e.g., Zenoti) is a plus.

Aesthetician: 1 year

Required License or Certification

• Current State Esthetician License

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Current State Esthetician License.
• 2 years of experience in skin care/aesthetics and customer service preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and 40+ hours per week.
• Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, functions well with team, provides safe and therapeutic services.
• Polished, natural, professional demeanor.
• Outgoing personality yet calming presence.
• Intuitive to customer needs to ensure standards are met.
• Attention to detail following medical standards and protocol.
• Prioritizes client safety and customer service, able to make clinical decisions and seek assistance when needed.

Responsibilities Include Creating Curated Client Experiences (aka “the dance”)

• Customize no‑downtime laser facials and skincare routines based on guest needs.

Supporting Store Operations Success

• Improve efficiency and accuracy across processes and procedures.
• Assist with orientation, training, coaching, and developing staff.
• Ensure adequate staff for timely patient visits.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and comfort with computer/store systems.
• Maintain effective client retention processes.
