PRN Consulting Dietitian – Baylor Medical Center, Plano, TX

Aramark Healthcare+ seeks a PRN Consulting Dietitian to provide high‑quality nutrition care at Baylor Medical Center‑Plano. This role involves assessing patients, developing individualized nutrition plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

• Assess patients’ nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on medical history, current health status, and specific needs.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition care.
• Monitor patients’ progress and make modifications to nutrition plans as needed.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest research and developments in clinical nutrition.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in nutrition or a related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Licensed Dietitian status in Texas or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Passion for improving patient outcomes through high‑quality nutrition care.

Employment may involve busy hospital and outpatient settings, including patient rooms, floors, and kitchen/serving areas.
