Our client is looking to add a Dietitian to their team. As a Dietitian, you will look at dietary needs and develop meal plans for patients. Dietitian will act as a counselor to patients and maintain consistent communication with the care team. In this role you will update patient records and documents, ensuring the highest standards of care and procedures are met.
