High School Diploma or equivalent - Experience Needed : 1 year of previous pharmacyexperience.

Background / Drug RequirementsAbility to successfully complete background check, health and drug screen
Pharmacy TechnicianJob Responsibilities
- Accurately pack prescription medications according to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outgoing pharmacy orders
- Verify prescription information matches packing slips before shipment
- Organize and maintain inventory of packing supplies and shipping materials
- Coordinate with courier services and manage daily shipping schedules
- Inspect packages for proper sealing, labeling, and compliance with shipping regulations
- Process incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders
- Maintain a clean and organized packing and shipping area
- Document all packing and shipping activities in the pharmacy management system
- Follow temperature control requirements for medications requiring special handling
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed
- Communicate with pharmacy staff regarding order status and delivery timelines
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damaged items immediately
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
