The team: The Clinical Director leads the Patient Care team, the heart of day‑to‑day patient care will partner with all Clinic Directors to drive success across the national network.
The responsibilities: The Clinical Director manages clinic operations, finances, and staff, while performing the core duties of a Physical Therapist.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the clinic by performing Physical Therapist duties and overseeing clinic staff.
- Deliver and sustain performance across core operational and cultural metrics, including visit volume targets, utilization percentages, EBITDA and financial contribution, patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and turnaround metrics.
- Identify performance gaps and implement timely interventions to protect team morale and patient care quality.
- Execute strategic initiatives that drive clinical, operational, and financial improvement.
- Implement new programs and pilots such as smart billing, prescription workflow, and marketing pilots.
- Lead change management during clinic growth, process improvement, or reorganization.
- Serve on the national Clinical Leadership Team, providing leadership and support to peer clinics.
- Mentor and onboard new Clinical Directors, Lead Physical Therapists, and other emerging leaders.
- Represent Origin in the community through provider relations, educational partnerships, and patient outreach.
- Own full P&L responsibility and analyze financial and operational reports to inform decisions.
- Control expenses through effective labor ratio and supply cost management.
- Build a positive, high‑performance clinic culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Lead team meetings, daily stand‑ups, and provide coaching, recognition, and feedback.
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
- Develop a pipeline of future clinical leaders and support educational and leadership experiences for the team.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
- Strong interest in pelvic floor physical therapy.
- Experience in clinical leadership, financial management, and team development.
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and change‑management skills.
- Commitment to patient‑centric care and continuous improvement.
North Dallas: $95,000 – $125,000 USD per year.
