MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of accredited Medical Assistant program
Certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent)
Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification for healthcare providers with hands on component preferred or within 60 days of hireA minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare setting is required
Documented proficiency in additional skills i.e. Phlebotomy, Quality Metrics/VBC, and/or Precepting
