The Spa Concierge represents Woodhouse to our guests, ensuring every interaction reflects a 5‑STAR spa experience. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, preparing them for services, ensuring comfort through amenities, managing guest flow, providing intake forms, scheduling appointments in Zenoti, answering phones, escorting guests to changing rooms, providing spa clothing and beverages, and coordinating with therapists. The concierge also handles organization of service areas, laundry, gift card sales, education on spa services and retail products, and maintaining lighting, music, cleanliness, and aromatherapy.
Responsibilities- Answer all calls before the third ring.
- Utilize knowledge of treatments to tailor the guest experience.
- Inquire and listen for ways to ‘surprise and delight’ our guests, noting details in appointment notes.
- Review next day’s schedule to confirm appointments, note special occasions, send intake forms, and maximize booking accuracy.
- Keep the Relaxation Lounge, Changing Lounge, and common spaces clean, clutter‑free, and well‑prepared.
- Anticipate and prepare for each guest’s arrival by reviewing key notes on each reservation and profile.
- Warmly welcome each guest and provide world‑class hospitality.
- Ensure each guest has a wonderful experience.
- Perform the check‑out process smoothly and accurately.
- Close the sale of recommended products with excellent product knowledge.
- Promote all offers, including gift cards and series.
- Efficiently rebook the guest for future appointments.
- Show appreciation for our guests at every opportunity.
- Passionate about the Hospitality and Spa industries, providing elevated experiences.

- Proven track record in guiding guests with product selections to support spa retail sales goals.
- Knowledgeable about our services and able to guide guests in selecting suitable services.
- Computer savvy, ensuring efficient and effective scheduling.
- Works closely with Spa Professionals to support their efforts.
