Job Title:
Recruiting Coordinator (Hybrid – Plano, TX)
Location: Plano, Texas — Hybrid with onsite attendance 3 days per week (choice of days among Monday–Thursday required)
Employment Type: Contract (February 2026 – February 2028)
Compensation: $25.25 per hour; 40 hrs a week
A leading Fortune 500–level financial services organization is seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-moving talent acquisition function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-volume environment and enjoys guiding candidates through a seamless and professional interview experience.
Responsibilities- Provide recruiting support in alignment with established processes, standards, and systems
- Coordinate Ad Hoc and Power Day interview scheduling
- Act as the primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal stakeholders
- Negotiate and finalize interview times across multiple calendars
- Guide candidates through onsite and virtual interview logistics
- Partner closely with recruiters, interviewers, and administrative partners to ensure smooth execution
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships across the hiring organization
- Manage confidential and sensitive candidate information with discretion
- Represent the organization as a top employer throughout the candidate experience
- Oversee candidate travel coordination and communication with recruiting and travel partners
- Prepare interview materials, reports, and documentation for consensus meetings
- At least 1 year of customer service or client-facing professional experience
- Ability to commute onsite to the Plano office Monday–Thursday as required
- Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a cross-functional team
- Proven relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfort learning and embracing new systems and process improvements
- Advanced Google Suite proficiency
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support recruiting activities
