HR Manager

Plano, TX (Hybrid: 3+ days onsite)

Full-time | Direct Hire

$100-120K base + performance bonus

Imprimis Group is hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead local people operations for a dynamic, creative office in North Dallas. This is a strategic and operational role with direct visibility to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape the employee experience on the ground.

You’ll serve as the go-to HR partner for the Dallas team, manage daily HR functions, supervise a high-potential HR Generalist, and provide critical reporting and insights to the executive team. It’s a hands‑on seat in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where high standards, adaptability, and EQ are essential.

What You’ll Own
  • Act as the primary HR contact for all Dallas employees and managers.
  • Lead employee relations, performance coaching, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and culture integration.
  • Manage compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly HR reporting to leadership.
  • Mentor and manage the local HR Generalist, setting goals and supporting growth.
  • Partner with leadership on engagement, retention, and risk mitigation.
What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including team management REQUIRED.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, HR certification or Master’s preferred.
  • Background in creative, agency, or professional services settings a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Proven ability to work across levels — from systems and admin to strategy and exec support.
  • Strong communicator with a service mindset and practical judgment.
  • Comfortable working in lean, high-touch environments with legacy systems.

  • $100-120K base + bonus (paid 2x/year, based on company + individual performance)
