Position: Recruiter (Data Center/Network)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results‑driven Volume Recruiter to lead and execute high‑volume hiring strategies. This role is critical to scaling our workforce efficiently and effectively, ensuring top‑tier candidate experiences, and delivering on fast‑paced hiring goals. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, manages multiple requisitions, and builds strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across multiple locations.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts to meet aggressive staffing goals.
  • Develop and execute high‑impact sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, community outreach, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates quickly to support business needs.
  • Provide data‑driven insights and reporting on hiring metrics, funnel progress, time‑to‑fill, and quality‑of‑hire.
  • Coordinate and participate in high‑volume hiring events, open houses, and job fairs as needed.
  • Champion a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in full‑cycle Technical recruiting, with at least 2 years in high‑volume recruitment.
  • Recruiting for Data Center cabling/network construction highly desired.
  • Proven track record of filling large volumes of roles under tight timelines.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
