Mission

Lead and deliver large-scale, enterprise-wide digital transformation programs that modernize technology and business processes, driving measurable business value through exceptional program leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic execution.

Outcomes What must this role achieve in a measurable way in its first year?
  • Define, launch, and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with business strategy, achieving at least 80% of planned milestones on time and within budget.
  • Successfully manage and coordinate cross-functional teams of 50+ members across multiple work streams and vendors, ensuring clear communication and collaboration for all major program phases.
  • Develop and obtain approval for detailed program charters, scope, and success criteria for all key transformation initiatives within the first 3 months.
  • Facilitate at least 6 executive steering committee and board-level presentations, providing insightful updates and enabling informed decision-making.
  • Implement organizational change management strategies that achieve at least 75% adoption rates of new technologies/processes across impacted stakeholders within 9 months.
  • Oversee governance frameworks including risk management and quality assurance, ensuring resolution of 95% of escalated issues within agreed timelines.
  • Deliver comprehensive program status reports and transformation metrics tracking business value realization on a monthly basis.
  • Successfully coordinate dependencies and integration efforts between technology, process, and organization change initiatives, minimizing project delays and achieving agreed-upon quality standards.

  • Leadership & Influence: Demonstrates strong leadership presence and the ability to influence without formal authority, managing large multi-geography teams and driving consensus across diverse groups.
  • Program Execution: Experienced in applying program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence), and governance frameworks to deliver complex initiatives on scope, time, and quality.
  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of digital transformation technologies (cloud, analytics, AI, automation) and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Business Acumen: Skilled in financial management (budgeting, ROI analysis), risk management, compliance, and understanding of how technology enables business functions.
  • Change Leadership: Proven ability to lead organizational change management programs that ensure sustainable adoption and value realization.
Required Credentials & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 5 years leading digital transformation at enterprise scale
  • Proven track record managing programs with multiple interdependent projects and large teams
  • Experience with enterprise-wide technology implementations (ERP, CRM, cloud migrations)
  • Deep familiarity with digital transformation tools, methods, and stakeholder ecosystems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree (MBA preferred) focused on Technology Management, Digital Strategy, or Organizational Leadership
  • Advanced program management certifications: SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP)
  • Agile/Scaled Agile certifications: SAFe Agilist (SA), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent
  • Experience in management consulting or systems integration environments
