Overview

Ascentt Systems Inc is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Project Manager based in Plano, TX.

• Develop and update project plans for information technology projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
• Plan, lead and guide project stages, monitor the progress of each stage, and ensure that deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
• Prepare, present, and provide reports, including velocity and status reports to key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage annual budgets for information technology projects.
• Establish and execute a project communication plan and submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard information in computer files against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure.
• Approve, schedule, plan, and supervise the installation and testing of new products and improvements to computer systems, such as the installation of new databases.
• Interact with business users, understand existing business models and client’s new requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver the projects.
• Position requires 50% national travel.

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Technology Management, Information Technology, Bio-medical Engineering or a related field.
