Sr. Product Manager, In Store Ordering

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of complex, enterprise-grade restaurant software that enables scalable innovation across brands and markets. This individual will combine deep customer empathy, technical acumen, and operational rigor to deliver Point of Sale (POS) solutions that transform the enterprise restaurant tech stack.

• Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for enterprise software solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and operations to design and develop scalable platforms.
• Prioritize product investments based on business impact, ROI, and technical feasibility.
• Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps and release plans.
• Write clear user stories and product requirements for B2B features.
• Scope work, manage trade-offs, and ensure timely delivery in partnership with technical leads.
• Build trusted relationships with brand leads, operations, legal, and finance teams.
• Conduct regular discovery sessions with brand operators to understand their needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to drive innovation.
• Balance enterprise customization with platform scalability and maintainability.

• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or platform technology.
• Proven track record of managing multiple product areas and scaling solutions.
• Experience leading end-to-end product development in Agile teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Ability to balance customer empathy with operational rigor.
• BA/BS degree is required; MBA or technical degree is preferred.
• Strong analytical skillas and experience with KPI tracking and usage analytics.
• Demonstrated success in delivering user-focused, impactful enterprise products.
• A passion for the restaurant industry and a drive to innovate.

$135,000 – $175,000 annually + bonus eligibility and stock-based compensation. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we’ll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
