Production Application Support Engineer – Tata Consultancy Services

Lead support for Java applications and provide comprehensive support for Salesforce, Java Microservices, and AWS infrastructure. Manage deployments, troubleshooting, and automation using industry-standard tools.

• Deploy Salesforce applications using Copado
• Support Salesforce applications built with LWC and Apex
• Support Java Microservices built with Spring Boot
• Maintain databases:
  Mongo
  
  DB, RDS, Oracle
• Deploy containerized applications in EKS clusters
• Troubleshoot applications running in EKS clusters
• Support Salesforce Community Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience in APEX Coding, Lightning Web Components, API Integration and Flows
• Service Cloud features such as Web-to-Case, Assignment Rules, Experience Cloud
• Troubleshoot Kafka related issues
• Support COTS applications such as deFI, FISERV products
• AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, Route 53, Kubernetes
• Infrastructure as Code:
  Terraform, Cloud Formation
• Troubleshoot Linux/Windows systems
• CLI and scripting: AWS CLI, Python, Bash, Power Shell
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect preferred)
• Salesforce Developer I & Developer II certifications required
• Automation experience in relevant technologies and tools
• Willingness to work application support on rotation as required by the customer
• Knowledge of JIRA

• Support AWS infrastructure, networking, cloud automation, and platform performance
• Independently provide application support: code, test, debug, and deploy applications
• Utilize automation tools and scripts for efficient support operations
• Work on rotation as needed by the customer
• Present on site in Dallas for 5 days a week (no remote option)
• Cultivate good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

$110,000 to $125,000 per year
