We are looking for a SailPoint Engineer to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

• Design, implement, and maintain identity governance solutions using SailPoint Identity
  
  IQ or Identity Now.
• Integrate Sail with enterprise systems and applications to support access provisioning, certification, and policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and business teams to define identity and access management (IAM) requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Configure and manage Okta for single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain connectors, workflows, and rules within SailPoint to automate identity processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity provisioning, access requests, and authentication.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management, with hands‑on expertise in SailPoint and Okta.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including provisioning, role‑based access control (RBAC), and directory services.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bean Shell, Power Shell, or Python) for customization and automation.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration frameworks.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
