We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Service Now Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level Service Now solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across multiple Service Now modules, strong architectural vision, and the ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and secure Service Now platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and roadmap for the enterprise Service Now platform.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, coding best practices, and platform governance.
- Design scalable and integrated solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, Sec Ops, CSM, and other Service Now modules.
- Architect integrations using APIs, MID Servers, Web Services, Integration Hub, and third‑party tools.
Solution Delivery
- Oversee and guide development teams in implementing Service Now configurations, customizations, and workflows.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and platform solutions.
- Conduct impact analyses, gap assessments, and feasibility studies for new features and enhancements.
- Ensure solutions follow Service Now best practices and maintain platform stability and performance.
- Define long‑term platform strategy aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
- Establish governance frameworks, reusable components, data models, and integration guidelines.
- Maintain architectural documentation, diagrams, and technical standards.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, developers, and administrators.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to Service Now developers and configuration specialists.
- Participate in technical reviews, design sessions, and platform roadmap discussions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years focused on Service Now architecture and solution design.
- Strong expertise in multiple Service Now modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, Sec Ops, etc.).
- Extensive knowledge of integrations: REST, SOAP, JDBC, APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
- Deep understanding of CMDB design, service mapping, event management, and discovery.
- Experience defining technical roadmaps, governance models, and architectural best practices.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) preferred.
- Additional certifications such as CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, CSA, CAD are a plus.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
