Back-end Java; Linux​/NOSQL​/AWS - Plano, TX

We are seeking an experienced Back-End Java Developer to join our team in Plano, TX. This role requires a highly technical engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring, and Microservices, combined with solid experience working in Linux environments, No

SQL databases, and AWS cloud services. Candidates with a background in privileged access management (PAM), infrastructure, and scripting will be given priority.

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end applications using Java, Spring, and Microservices architecture
• Work extensively in Linux (Red Hat) environments — including OS navigation, log review, and troubleshooting
• Manage and optimize No
  
  SQL databases such as Graph or Cockroach DB
• Build and deploy solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure
• Develop Python or Shell scripts for automation and system tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system security, scalability, and performance
• Support and enhance systems with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) (highly desirable)

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, and Microservices
• Advanced Linux (Red Hat) skills — ability to navigate OS, check logs, and troubleshoot issues
• Hands-on experience with No

  DB, etc.)
• Solid understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture
• Strong scripting abilities using Python or Shell
• Privileged Access Management (PAM) experience is a major plus
• IAM / Infrastructure background is highly desirable
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Onsite Requirement: Must be available to work 5 days per week onsite in Plano, TX
