We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IAM/PAM Engineer to join our team in Plano, TX or Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies, with a solid grasp of modern security practices, scripting languages, and cloud platforms.
Design, implement, and support PAM solutions using tools such as Hashi Corp Vault, Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust, and others.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Power Shell, Java Script , Python, and Terraform for access control, infrastructure automation, and PAM tool integration.
Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to enforce access control policies and ensure secure management of privileged credentials.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from planning and design to deployment and maintenance, with a security-first mindset.
Apply agile development methodologies and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, resiliency strategies, and security initiatives.
Provide technical expertise on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a focus on integrating PAM solutions within cloud environments.
Conduct regular audits, access reviews, and compliance checks related to privileged access.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Privileged Access Management domain.
Hands-on experience with PAM tools such as Hashi Corp Vault, Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust, etc.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using Power Shell, Java Script , Python, and Terraform.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile practices.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes, resiliency engineering, and application security.
Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrating PAM solutions.
Relevant certifications in security, cloud platforms, or IAM/PAM tools (e.g., Cyber Ark Defender, AWS Certified Security Specialty).
Experience in incident response and threat modeling related to privileged access.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
