Location:

Plano, TX. The role focuses on AI program management for restaurant tech. The ideal candidate will manage teams that push AI boundaries and ensure projects are delivered on time and to high standards.

• Work closely with Creative, Marketing, Project Management, QA, and Client Managers.
• Track and manage tasks for all projects (Layout, Menu, Survey) in Jira.
• Develop and maintain innovative guest-facing experiences using Ziosk UX software tools.
• Help create marketing campaigns and program underlying data to match campaign requirements.
• Collaborate closely to implement UX solutions on Ziosk devices.
• Review customer requirements and build user experiences to meet wireframes.
• Manage dynamic content on Ziosk with content management systems.
• Program customer-specific configuration and skinning of assets to render on Ziosk.
• Document UX change details and communicate to QA for validation and approval.
• Maintain Wiki for menus and surveys.
• Collaborate the Content Team to grow a documented knowledge base and define best practices.
• Maintain projects in the document repository in a clean and sustainable format.

• Experience managing AI or technology programs in the restaurant or retail sector is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of JIRA and Atlassian tools.
• Understanding and experience with Agile SCRUM methodologies and operations.
• Background in testing and quality assurance is a plus.
• Knowledge of Back of House menu item configuration is preferred.
• POS and Retail systems knowledge will be a plus.
• Experience with JIRA and Atlassian tools is preferred.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
