Lead Business Analyst, nCino Lending

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with end-to-end implementation expertise on the nCino Bank Operating System, specifically within a U.S. banking environment. This role requires both strategic and tactical contributions—from initial discovery and requirements gathering through solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. You will work closely with stakeholders across business, operations, and technology to ensure the nCino platform supports and enhances lending and deposit processes.

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and SMEs to define business needs aligned to nCino capabilities.
• Translate functional requirements into clear user stories, process maps, and data flows.
• Collaborate with Salesforce/nCino architects and developers to validate technical designs against business requirements.
• Develop and manage test plans and coordinate UAT efforts with business users.
• Support change management efforts including training, adoption, and procedural documentation.
• Act as a liaison between business units, implementation partners, and the nCino product team during the full project lifecycle.
• Identify and proactively mitigate risks related to process design, data migration, compliance, or system integrations.

• 3+ years of business analysis experience in banking or financial services, with specific experience supporting commercial or retail lending workflows.
• Proven, hands‑on experience delivering at least one full-cycle nCino implementation within a bank.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and their application in nCino projects.
• Familiarity with key banking operations including credit underwriting, loan origination, document management, and covenant tracking.
• Proficient in business process modeling, user story creation, and test case documentation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, verbal/written communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

• Prior experience working with regional/community banks or mid‑market financial institutions.
• Background in regulatory compliance, KYC, or operational risk as it pertains to loan origination and account onboarding.
• Salesforce Administrator or nCino certification(s) a plus.
