We are seeking a seasoned Java Solutions Architect with deep expertise in enterprise digital platforms and Dev Ops practices to drive the technical strategy, architecture, and delivery of complex, multi-cloud solutions. This role demands a visionary leader who can combine architectural excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and hands‑on technical delivery across hybrid teams, supporting digital transformation initiatives within the automotive finance domain. Roles and Responsibilities- Architect Microservices Solutions
:
Lead the design and architecture of scalable, resilient, and maintainable microservices-based systems leveraging Spring Boot and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles. - Domain-Driven Design Implementation
:
Apply DDD methodologies to model complex business domains. - Technical Leadership and Mentorship
:
Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on best practices for microservices development, including API design, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous communication. - End-to-End Solution Delivery
:
Architect and oversee delivery of comprehensive digital solutions across web and mobile platforms, aligned with evolving business and technology strategies. - API and Integration Design
:
Design RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations that promote loose coupling, high cohesion, and seamless interoperability between microservices. - Performance and Scalability Optimization
:
Enhance microservices performance and resilience by implementing caching, circuit breakers, load balancing, and other fault‑tolerant patterns. - Security Best Practices
:
Define and enforce robust security standards for microservices, including OAuth2, JWT, and secure inter‑service communication protocols. - Dev Ops and CI/CD Collaboration
:
Partner with Dev Ops teams to automate build, test, and deployment pipelines, ensuring rapid, reliable, and repeatable delivery cycles. - Code Quality and Reviews
:
Establish and uphold coding standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and champion clean code aligned with DDD and microservices architecture. - Monitoring and Troubleshooting
:
Implement comprehensive logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks to proactively detect, diagnose, and resolve production issues. - Stakeholder Engagement
:
Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives and deliver measurable value. - Documentation
:
Maintain detailed architectural documentation, including service contracts, domain models, deployment diagrams, and technical specifications. - Continuous Learning and Innovation
:
Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and Domain-Driven Design to continuously refine architecture and development practices.
- 15+ years of experience in software architecture and solution design, preferably within financial services, banking, or automotive finance sectors.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, cloud-native solutions using modern web frameworks and enterprise integration patterns.
- Expertise designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and leading Dev Ops adoption in regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including identity management, security, networking, and data integration.
- Familiarity with enterprise financial systems (loan servicing, origination, collections, billing) and heterogeneous system integrations.
- Experience working in regulated industries with a focus on compliance, data protection, and auditability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross‑functional teams around a shared technical vision.
- Proven ability to lead agile, hybrid delivery models and collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams.
- Hands‑on experience with microservices, API‑first design, and integration middleware (e.g., Mule Soft, Apigee) is a plus.
