Principal System Engineer

JOB LOCATION:

3400 W. Plano Parkway, Plano, TX 75075 [Hybrid position]
DUTIES:
Translate core architecture into technical solutions including platform, network, software, and cloud solutions. Work with scrum teams, data model design, data migration approach, and data lifecycle management including inflow, residency, archival, and working with product team. Conduct code reviews for non-functional area governance including maintainability and performance. Utilize user role, profile definitions, SSO requirements ownership, and promote a secure marketing cloud environment.

Work on security administration including working with

CSO team to audit production and remediate risks. Review architecture flows with team, build design documents, and review sessions. Extend and provide platform solutions for sales cloud, service cloud, and marketing cloud. Apply marketing cloud knowledge including Data Extensions, Journey builder, custom tasks, Email studio, and Amp Scripts. Software development, web technologies, and customer communications. Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new marketing cloud communication requests.

Apply knowledge in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visual Force, Aura Components, and LWC. Extend and provide platform solutions for sales cloud, service cloud, and marketing cloud. Apply knowledge with multiple Salesforce implementations for a large client. Utilize integration technologies, API Gateway, Mobile tech stack, applying experience in software development, web technologies, and customer communications including email, SMS, and push notification.

REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation translating core architecture into technical solutions including platform, network, software, and cloud solutions; utilizing user role, profile definitions, SSO requirements ownership, and promoting a secure marketing cloud environment;

extending and providing platform solutions for sales cloud, service cloud, and marketing cloud; applying marketing cloud knowledge including Data Extensions, Journey builder, custom tasks, Email studio, and Amp Scripts; applying knowledge in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visual Force, Aura Components, and LWC; and utilizing integration technologies, API Gateway, Mobile tech stack, applying experience in software development, web technologies, and customer communications including email, SMS, and push notification.

Our Principal System Engineers earn between $192,400 - $237,400 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
