Toyota’s One Tech Vendor and Asset Management Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Senior Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to work across a global complex organization and collaborate with internal customers, Toyota Procurement, Toyota Legal/Contracts, Value Added Resellers, and product vendors. Reporting to the Manager, the person in this role will support the One Tech Business Operation department's objective to lead and promote collaboration internally and externally to achieve the strategic objectives set by the OCIO related to sourcing, renewals, cost objectives, and kaizen.

• Collaborate with & Support IPSS with Vendor Sourcing Recommendations in collaboration with stakeholders
• Collaborate & Support IPSS & Legal with Contract Terms and Conditions
• Collaborate & Support IPSS with Vendor Pricing benchmarking and negotiation strategies
• Professional Development
• Vendor Issue Escalations and Resolutions
• Kaizens
• Special projects/activities as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree or related field
• 5+ years of deep and broad knowledge and experience in negotiating and managing large-scale agreements with major Product Vendors like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Adobe, Oracle, SAP, or other large-scale HS, SW, or SAAS vendors
• 3-5 years of vendor management and procurement principles and practices for IT companies
• 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology, IT procurement, or another technical environment
• High level written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• MBA, Masters in Supply Chain, or equivalent
