- Design and execute performance test plans and strategies.
- Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Utilize tools like JMeter, Load Runner, or similar for testing.
- Participate in code reviews and design discussions to ensure performance considerations are met.
- Monitor application performance post-deployment to ensure stability.
- ✅ 8+ years of experience in performance testing and analysis.
- ✅ Proficiency with load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Load Runner).
- ✅ Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- ✅ Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- ✅ Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C# is a plus.
