Job Overview
Job Title: Principal System Engineer
Location: 3400 W. Plano Parkway, Plano, TX 75075 (Hybrid position)
- Translate core architecture into technical solutions including platform, network, software, and cloud solutions.
- Work with scrum teams, design data models, plan data migration, and manage data lifecycle (inflow, residency, archival).
- Conduct code reviews for non‑functional area governance, focusing on maintainability and performance.
- Own user role and profile definitions, SSO requirements, and promote a secure marketing cloud environment.
- Administer security with CSO team: audit production, remediate risks, and review architecture flows.
- Create design documents and review sessions.
- Extend and provide platform solutions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Apply marketing cloud knowledge – Data Extensions, Journey Builder, custom tasks, Email Studio, Amp Scripts.
- Develop software using web technologies and customer communications (email, SMS, push notifications).
- Work with Salesforce technologies:
Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, LWC. - Integrate using API Gateway, mobile tech stack and other integration technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Five (5) years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience in architecture translation, platform, network, software, and cloud solutions.
- Experience implementing secure marketing cloud environments and Salesforce implementations.
- Knowledge of integration technologies, API Gateway, and mobile tech stack.
- Proficiency in software development, web technologies, and customer communication channels.
Compensation: $192,400 - $237,400 yearly.

40 hours per week, regular time type, full‑time.
