Title:

SAP SD Lead

Location:

Remote with limited travel to Plano, TX

Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements related to order management, pricing, ATP, intercompany billing, and accounts receivable.

Design and configure SAP OTC module to meet business needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between OTC and other SAP modules such as SD, MM, FICO.

Lead or participate in SAP OTC implementation projects including system configuration, testing, training, and post‑go‑live support.

Provide expertise in resolving OTC‑related issues and troubleshooting system errors.

Develop and maintain documentation of OTC processes, configurations, and user guides.

Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support and guidance to end users.

Stay updated on SAP OTC module advancements, best practices, and industry trends.

Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize OTC processes and enhance system efficiency.

Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements:

10 years of experience with SAP OTC module in implementation, configuration, and support roles.

Proficiency in SAP ERP system, specifically in OTC, SD, MM, and FICO modules.

Strong understanding of order management, pricing, billing, and accounts receivable processes.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, able to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.

Proven track record of delivering SAP OTC projects on time and within budget.

Optional but preferred SAP certification in the OTC module.

Experience with SAP S/4

HANA and SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate) is a plus.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience managing onsite/offshore resources.
