We are looking for a highly experienced Data Consultant with a strong background in delivering enterprise‑scale data engineering solutions. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can architect and implement modern data platforms while also engaging with clients to drive business value. You will work across the full data lifecycle—from strategy and architecture to implementation and optimization—leveraging cutting‑edge tools and frameworks.

• Lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end data engineering solutions for large‑scale enterprise projects.
• Architect and implement modern data platforms using tools such as Databricks
  , Snowflake
  , Azure Synapse Analytics
  , and Azure Data Factory
  .
• Build robust, scalable data pipelines using Apache Spark
  , dbt
  , Delta Lake
  , and SQL‑based transformations
  .
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable data strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in data architecture, governance, and Dev Ops.
• Participate in client‑facing activities including solutioning, proposal development, and account growth initiatives.

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture, with a strong focus on cloud‑native technologies.
• Deep expertise in at least one:
  • Databricks (including Delta Lake and Spark)
  • Snowflake (data modeling, performance tuning, security)
  • Azure Data Factory (pipeline orchestration, integration)
  • Azure Synapse Analytics or equivalent cloud data warehouses
  • dbt for transformation and modeling
• Strong SQL and Python skills; familiarity with CI/CD practices for data pipelines.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing delivery in a consulting or enterprise setting.
• Strong passion for business development, client engagement, and account management.

• Prior experience in a consulting environment and/or client‑facing roles.
• Familiarity with tools like Power BI

  , or Tableau for data visualization.
• Exposure to data governance frameworks and tools.
